The Opportunity Melbourne Grammar is building a world-class Centre for Learning and Leadership, demonstrating the School's commitment to delivering excellence in education. It is a groundbreaking initiative to alter the face of teaching and learning. The new Centre embodies the School's purpose, to enable students to look beyond the possible to achieve the unimaginable.  
Our Rationale To participate successfully in a rapidly changing global society, Melbourne Grammar believes each and every student will require leadership skills. The School is committed to providing all of its students with knowledge and experiences of leadership so they can excel in the world they will encounter as adults. "Leadership is not about a position, but a way of thinking and behaving. Melbourne Grammar recognises leadership is not reserved for the select few, all students have the capacity to lead in their own way," says Polly Flanagan, Director of Leadership. A World-Leading Centre The site of the old School House and Headmaster's House has made way for the new Centre, creating a hub for the South Yarra campus, linking Wadhurst and Senior School. A total of $10 million has already been raised in gifts and pledges, exceeding our campaign target. The School cannot rely on recurrent revenues and will not seek to generate increased income simply by raising fees.
