Preparing your child to start school: information session Parents with pre-school age girls and boys are invited to information sessions led by early learning educators to assist parents in preparing their children for school. In the From the Fridge to the Wall session Grimwade House’s specialist primary art teachers Sandra Morgan and Jan Rizzo will discuss the stages of development in children’s art. Early educational expert Vivienne Gyopar will discuss developing confidence and independence in young children, covering parenting styles and ways to foster independence, resilience, emotional intelligence, optimism and self worth in the Developing Confidence and Independence session. “Starting school is one of the most exciting and challenging times for a family.
