Simon
Our students value service and contribution, participating in age-appropriate opportunities to give back to the world in which we all live.
Simon and his Year 2 classmates created greeting cards to accompany food and toy hampers for the Port Phillip Community Group, who provide a range of programs and services to the community.
Evie
We strive to develop in our students a lifelong pursuit of knowledge, understanding, and wisdom.
After completing their poetry unit, Year 5s select a piece to memorise, choreograph and recite. Evie selected The Tummy Beast by Roald Dahl, which she performed to her class and wider cohort, demonstrating her ability to comprehend poetry language, structure, and meaning.

Across the week-long Melbourne Experience program, Year 8 students and their Melbourne Girls Grammar peers deepen their understanding of urban environments by creating short documentaries that capture how the city has changed culturally, historically, and socially.
Accessible design innovators
We help students find their purpose, build a strong sense of self, and define the type of contribution they wish to make in the world.
Year 11 students Rudy and Angus have been creating solar lamp attachments for water bottles using CAD and 3D printing technologies. Their peers Fred and Gianni have also been engaging with accessibility-focused design, creating cutlery with modifications for people with disabilities.
