The Concerto Concert is always one of the Orchestra’s most popular concerts.
The concert features ten Senior School solo musicians, eight Year 12 conductors and the MGS Symphony Orchestra performing a variety of works including music by Beethoven, Grieg and Mendelssohn.
The Geordie Zhang Cup will be awarded to the best student conductor at the conclusion of the concert.
