Hear from just a few of our students about their boarding experience at Melbourne Grammar School.
Jun (Class of 2021)
Jun’s family hails from Swan Hill. He began boarding at Melbourne Grammar School in Year 9.
Jun was elected House Captain this year – a reflection of the positive relationships he holds with his fellow students.
James (Class of 2021)
James’ family resides in Bendigo. He entered the School in Year 9.
James is an outstanding swimmer and has represented the School numerous times in this capacity.
Jack (Class of 2020)
Jack’s home is in Albury. He began his education at Melbourne Grammar in Year 9.
In Year 12, he was elected House Captain by his peers and made a significant contribution to boarding house life through this role.
Dylan (Class of 2019)
Originally hailing from just over the South Australian border, Dylan commenced attending Melbourne Grammar School as a boarder in Year 7.
A keen and able actor, Dylan had major roles in many School productions during his time at the School.
In his final year, Dylan’s awards included the Barry Humphries Prize for Liberal Arts, the Bishop Charles Perry Prize for Religious Education and the Sir Kingsley Norris Medal for Oration.
Post-school, Dylan began studying a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne with a longer-term interest in Law.
