Our intellectual, social, spiritual and physical surroundings inform our educational strategy, support student wellbeing and encourage positive and supportive relationships across the School.

Learning in relationship with community

We teach and learn in a diverse, evolving society, so we are driven to engage with social issues in our classrooms and through our co-curricular activities in age appropriate ways.

At every year level, we ensure students learn in relationship with a broader community to gain experience outside School boundaries. Our students participate in interstate and overseas study, sporting and musical tours, intercultural visits and exchanges to locations as varied as South Africa, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Europe and the UK.

Our campuses and surroundings

The purpose-built facilities across our three campuses reflect our intentional approach to meeting students’ learning needs. Each is designed to encourage the holistic development of specific student groups and to support flexible, responsive teaching. Our learning spaces extend to include Melbourne’s major cultural and sporting institutions, many of which are a few minutes by tram from our St Kilda Road location.
