LTCOL Hamley is currently responsible for the management of the Army’s most lethal and critical weapon system: the M1A1 Abrams Main Battle Tank Fleet.
He has significant experience leading and managing complex projects in high risk and uncertain conditions, having deployed to East Timor, Israel, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Afghanistan. His career has included periods with foreign militaries, the United Nations and NATO.
