Professor Marcia Langton AM
Associate Provost and Foundation
Chair of Australian Indigenous Studies at the University of Melbourne
Professor Langton AM has produced significant work in the areas of political and legal anthropology, Indigenous engagement with the minerals industry, and Indigenous culture and art. As a member of the Expert Panel on Constitutional Recognition of Indigenous Australians, she contributed to the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet's Empowered Communities project.
